The latest survey, by Halifax shows another big burden awaits first-time buyers who are already struggling to meet legal fees, deposit, mortgage repayments and anything else forgotten in the planning stages.
However, they went on to give up some good news saying that a bare house can be turned into a home for £3751.10. This included something to sleep on, something to sit on, basic cooking and washing facilities and something to eat from. Beyond that we were into what were turned luxuries so no plasma I guess!
