Q: I have a query that I would like you to help me with. I know how to bleed a radiator when it is airlocked ie when the heat is in the bottom and cold at top, however, my radiators seem to be hot on top and cold on bottom. Any suggestions- Aisling

A: The most likely problem is a lack of pressure to the system, either through an insufficiently powerful or failing pump, blockage or a problem with the layout or construction of your heating system. Your best bet is to get a heating engineer in to look at it to make some recommendations.
